Linda resides in Big Flats and has taught private lessons for over 30 years (Fletcher’s School of Music for 15 years.) She received her Master of Science Degree in Music from Mansfield University with additional graduate study at Ithaca College. She is a nationally certified teacher through the Music Teachers National Association. This special designation is given only to successful candidates who meet the professional standards required by the organization and distinguishes the individual as one who has reached a high level of professional competence. Linda also teaches at 171 Cedar Arts in Corning.

Kathy Fernan (Piano)   732-0513
Kathy resides in Elmira and has taught privately for over 30 years (Fletcher's School of Music for 13 years.) She graduated from Ithaca College with her Bachelor of Music and earned her Master's Degree in Music Education from Elmira College. Kathy has taught General Music in the Elmira School District for 15 years and is currently teaching at Broadway Elementary School.

Dino resides in Elmira and began piano studies at age four. He has been teaching privately for 14 years (Flecher's School of Music for 12 years.) He studied Jazz and Performance at William Patterson University in Wayne, New Jersey. Dino has been featured at many National Jazz festivals and notable clubs like Birdland, The Blue Note, Dizzy's and the Rainbow Room in New York City. He also has performed and recorded in Europe as well as nationally with Nancy Kelly, Tom Brigandi, Danny Dimperio, Harry Allen, Housten Person and Eric Alexander. His "Trio" CD has been released in the United States and overseas.

Audrey Szychulski (Violin, Viola, Cello and String Bass)   936-0366
Audrey Szychulski from Philedelphia, PA has been teaching privately for 9 years (Fletcher's School of Music for 6 years.) She received her Bachelor of Music degree from Mansfield University. Audrey has done many solo performances and has performed in over 15 countries as well as toured with such artists as Smokey Robinson. She has taught cello and violin at Elmira College for 5 years, was previously conductor for the Junior String Ensemble, and taught at 171 Cedar Arts in Corning. Currently Audrey is Executive Director of the Orchestra of the Finger Lakes.

Jessica resides in Ithaca. She has taught private lessons (Fletcher's School of Music for 4 years.) Jessica graduated from DePaul University in Chicago, IL. with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education. This summer she finished her Masters in Music Education from Ithaca College. She has had extensive vocal training and performance experience including theater productions in Chicago and Seabrook, New Jersey. Jessica is currently teaching general music including three choirs at Diven Elementary School in Elmira and conducts an Intergenerational Community Choir in Elmira.

Hugh resides in Horseheads and has been teaching private lessons for 28 years (Fletcher's School of Music for 6 years). He has been a professional musician for thirty years. Hugh studied music at Palm Beach College and also studied Jazz Guitar from Paul Bollenback for eight years in Washington, DC. He performs locally with The Hugh Douglass Quartet, Top Shelf, The Hugh Douglass and Steve Terwilliger Band and The Acme Blues Machine.

Melvin resides in Corning and has taught private lessons for 5 years (Fletcher's School of Music for 4 years.) He received his AS in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Corning Community College and his Bachelor of Music in Guitar with a Performance Major from Mansfield University. Melvin has studied classical guitar from Dr. Matthew Slotkin and performed in master classes, including one with Grammy Award winner, David Russell. Kim resides in Pine City and has taught private lessons for 8 years. She graduated in May 1999 from SUNY Fredonia in New York with a major in Music Education. Kim received her Masters of Music Education, Summa Cum Laude, from SUNY Fredonia in 2004. She is a member of NYSSMA and the Music Educators’ National Conference. Kim has taught band and orchestra at Pine City Elementary School for 4 years and band at Broadway Middle School for 2 years. From 2003 to present Kim is the Instrumental teacher at Southside High School.

Gwenn Clark (Banjo, Beginner Piano) 738-1982
Gwenn resides in Horseheads and has taught piano for 10 years and banjo for 40 plus years. She performed on her 5-string banjo with a band “Hits & Mrs” for 7 years. She sang in a trio professionally for 3 years including a radio show, commercials and many performances. Gwenn has been a choir director for over 20 years and is currently directing a 31 voice children’s choir at the Breesport Baptist Church. She also has played mandolin in a band and church orchestra. Gwen currently performs with other ensembles for various local events.

Andy resides in Wellsburg, NY and graduated in Spring 2008 with his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Violin Performance from SUNY Fredonia, NY. An accomplished violinist, Andy taught private lessons throughout college and is accomplished in some of the most difficult repertoire written for the violin.

Lisa resides in Corning and has taught private piano lessons for 18 years. She studied from an instructor of the Eastman School of Music for 6 years and 6 years from another instructor. She has performed in many weddings, churches and senior citizen programs. Lisa plans to attend The Suzuki Institute in Kingston, Ontario this coming year to receive certification for teaching the popular Suzuki Piano Course.
